1. Scope
This notice applies to the BagBrander V1 prelaunch demonstration. It does not describe a live commerce platform.
2. Information in the demo
The interactive concept selector operates in your browser. When you select local artwork files, the demonstration displays only their file names on your device. It does not send the files to the BagBrander server. The demo does not provide customer accounts, payments, or newsletter subscriptions. Optional concept inquiry intake can be enabled by the administrator only after a contact address and privacy review are confirmed.
3. Technical logs
Any web server used to host the demo may produce ordinary technical logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and timestamps. Logging and retention depend on the eventual hosting environment and must be documented before deployment.
4. Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Future versions may require an updated notice and consent controls where applicable.
5. Artwork and accounts
When optional concept inquiries are enabled, submitted names, emails, brands, messages, and permitted artwork files are stored in private server storage for manual administrator review. No automatic emails are sent. The administrator can delete records and their files. Customer accounts, orders, and commercial production are not active. A production policy must specify an approved retention schedule, rights process, and hosting details before public use.
6. Contact and rights
The responsible operating entity and rights process require confirmation. The administrator may add a verified contact email. Do not publish this draft as a final policy.
